Eligibility Verification

Angel Wings is intended for youth and aged-out youth who are currently in care. As part of the registration process, CFLV will verify each youth’s current care status with their caseworker. Please ensure all information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.

Pickup Confirmation

CFLV will reach out in November to confirm your pickup details and provide any additional information you may need before Angel Wings.

Arrive During Your Selected Time Slot

On pickup day, please arrive during the time slot you selected during registration. Arriving at your scheduled time helps us keep the event organized and ensures a smooth experience for everyone.

Unable to Attend Your Selected Time Slot?

If you are unable to attend during your selected time slot, please notify us in advance at info@cflv.org or 702-588-2272. Please let us know if someone else will be picking up the gifts on your behalf or if you need a pickup accommodation.

Important Pickup Accommodation Policy

We are unable to accommodate participants who do not confirm their selected time slot, do not contact us in advance regarding a pickup accommodation, or do not appear on the day of the event.

If your plans change or an emergency arises, please contact us as soon as possible so we can determine whether an accommodation can be made.

Proof of Identity Required

For the safety and security of all participants and families, we require verification of the person picking up the gifts. Please have a valid photo ID ready to present upon arrival.
